Do you have Food Network on your TV most days? Does the sound of measuring spoons jingling put you in the holiday spirit? Would you rather meet Paula Dean over the President? Does your whisk and/or spatula have a pet name like “old reliable”? (Maybe that last one is going too far….)
Well then we want you (and all of your colleagues) to participate in the 2nd Annual Student Affairs Sustainability Cook-off! This year’s event will be on:

We listened to your feedback and have changed around the categories this year. Prizes will be awarded in the following 4 categories:
- Savory dish served cold (uses less energy)
- Sweet dish served cold
- Savory dish using this year’s theme ingredient: Winter Squash
- Sweet dish using Winter Squash
Those interested in participating can register at: http://bit.ly/UnRmGk. The deadline for registrations will be Monday, January 7th. Please be sure to email your recipe to Asurgens@bridgew.edu. A “virtual (and sustainable) recipe book” will be created and distributed after the event!
So dust off your recipe cards, share this information with your colleagues and let’s enjoy some new year’s fun and food together! Even if you do not enter, we hope you will come and cheer your colleagues on and sample some tasty dishes!
